I do the same thing. I've done several book covers and other logos that have been used in book artwork and I occasionally look for them when I go to a Borders or B&N and am embarrassingly (for my kids) proud to see them there with everything else. We all want to know that our work is making some sort of footprint or visible impact and even more in your case, adding value by helping educate people.
