Among Good Company

Books.jpg

Once you’ve written a book or two you can’t help but wander by the section where they should be when browsing in a book store. Sure if you’ve written a NY Times bestseller you know they have it, but when it comes to technology books you’re always curious. I grabbed this shot yesterday with my iPhone at a local Borders. Not a bad selection of podcasting books. It is always nice to see when they carry both of mine.

I didn’t know you wrote “The Quotable Bitch”? ;-) JK That’s cool. I do the same thing. I’ve done several book covers and other logos that have been used in book artwork and I occasionally look for them when I go to a Borders or B&N and am embarrassingly (for my kids) proud to see them there with everything else. We all want to know that our work is making some sort of footprint or visible impact and even more in your case, adding value by helping educate people. BTW: Hope that killer Podcast Academy logo is helping it jump off the shelves.

    Russell,

You’ll notice both your killer Podcast Academy and GigaVox Media logos on that book!
