[...] I attended a conference this past weekend and had the unique opportunity to have podcasting explained to me a few times by fellow attendees. Since having sold the GigaVox production platform to Podango last fall, and now that our third child has arrived I am on the hunt for what I will do next. As part of my investigation I ponied up $3,000 to spend 3 days immersed at an industry conference in one of the businesses I’m researching. I did not know a single person at this conference nor did they know me or have any idea of my background, connection to, or involvement with podcasting. [...]

[...] I’ve been using GVAL regularly now for 3 months and I’m happy to report that I think this is a product that every podcaster should use. The recent sale of GVAL to Podango looks promising. Michael Geoghagan said that he’s …excited to see how Podango and their team builds on our technology. They are passionate about podcasting and podcasters and with the integration of GigaVox Audio Lite into their P2 platform they will have a extremely attractive offering for publishers and a decisive advantage over their competition.
Dennis,

It is still there. You need to have an open active account (not an invite from a few months back.) If so and something didn't work with your login go ahead and send along the details to [info at gigavox dot com].

Will,

Great question. GigaVox Audio Lite will continue to be available to current account holders. Once the transition is done, Podango will then open up the beta again for new users.

Congrats, Michael!
One question for us current users though: What will happen to our accounts?

I read Podango's statement at the end of the press release, but will our shows be affected?
