Adam Curry ran into Pod2Mobile one day and discovered they were doing a "D-gap" still insertion of an add before his sponsors (Accuview/GoDaddy/Earthlink) could even be heard at the beginning of his show. Luckily he's the go found of Podshow and spoke with authority when he told them to stop and play fairly. And the head of the company listened and stopped. I would think it patently unfair for each individual podcaster to beg Pod2Mobile to stop, especially when that podcaster personally went out, beat the bushes and got sponsorship. It's a form of hijacking, and the best Adam could do was to get them to hold off while he's on vacation in Portugal. When he gets, back there's going to be some kind of resolution to the matter. Hope this helps. This is a URL to a search on Adam's website, it looks like the first occurence appears on the DSC361
